RESERVATION TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The service

“Goranov I&V” Ltd. operates this site. The company is a registered Tour operator and Travel agent in Bulgaria.  We act as an incoming tour operator for partners from various European countries. We also provide hotel accommodation and other tourist services online through our website www.goranovonline.com. We co-operate on a long term basis with more than 500 hotel properties in Bulgaria - Black Sea resort hotels, Mountain hotels, City hotels, BB/Guesthouses etc. Our room availabilities are based on first rate tour operator/hotel contracts with firm allotments of hotel rooms, and all possible discounts and reductions such as:

*Early Booking Discount (EBD)- the earlier you pay, the greater discount you get- these vary from 10% to 25%.
*Extras- for example stay 4 nights and pay 3 (4=3), stay 7 and pay 5 (7=5) etc.
Some hotels which are our favourites feature a combination of these two reductions (EBD and Extras) and allow us to offer a nearly 40% discount on base price for specific periods.
*Best possible children and group reductions.    

Our aim is to provide you with the possibility to search for and book a hotel online with instant confirmation on very competitive prices and very liberal payment terms. In cases when an instant confirmation is not available a reservation request can be sent to us and our reservation team will reply as soon as possible.

Additional services such as excursions, trips, transfers etc. are also available through this web site.

We also offer tailor made real estate services for vacation properties on the Bulgarian Black Sea coast and mountain & ski resorts. Тhe company executive director, Veliko Goranov, is a licensed business appraiser, with a license issued by the State Privatization Agency of Bulgaria, based on a Certificate of Achievement from the University of Tampa, Fla. USA.

The reservation process

There are two possible options to book a hotel:

1. Firstly, to book a hotel online with instant confirmation.The hotel page has active boxes with check-in and check-out dates and a button for price calculation. Please enter dates and press “Show prices” button to see prices and availability. Next step is to choose number of rooms and press the “Book Now” button. In order to complete the reservation process you need to enter all seven boxes (First name, Last name, E-mail, Contact phone, Country, Address, Room guest name) and choose a payment option and then press “Book Now” again. A confirmation e-mail will be sent to you with a unique reservation number and description of the services included in the rate. This is your contract, made between you and “Goranov I&V” Ltd in its capacity as an accommodation provider.
Your reservation is now firmly confirmed and registered in our files. To finalize the reservation process we will send you our hotel voucher which you need to present at the hotel reception for your accommodation, after we receive payment in full for your reservation.  In case you choose to pay through our virtual POS terminal, you will receive the hotel voucher immediately after finalising the payment process. The deadlines for payment will vary depending on the type of discount involved and will be communicated to you in a separate e-mail. Please note that in case a confirmed reservation is not paid before the payment deadline, it will be cancelled by us.
Please always check carefully all booking conditions and hotel policies. The prices on this website are per room. Should you need to book an extra bed in the room or if you travel with children you will need to contact us (or specify it in the “Additional requirements” box) in order to calculate all additional charges or reductions.

2. Secondly, in the cases when an instant confirmation is not available, a reservation request can be sent to us and our reservation team will reply as soon as possible. If you eventually make a reservation you will receive a confirmation e-mail with a unique reservation number, an invoice and description of the services included in the rate. This is your contract, made between you and “Goranov I&V” Ltd in its capacity as an accommodation provider. To finalize the reservation process we will send you our hotel voucher which you need to present at the hotel reception for your accommodation, after we receive payment in full for your reservation. The deadlines for payment will vary depending on the type of discount involved and will be communicated to you in a separate e-mail. Please note that in case a confirmed reservation is not paid before the payment deadline, it will be cancelled by us.

Please note that if cancelled in accordance with the respective hotel’s cancellation policies (indicated on the respective hotel page) ALL RESERVATIONS ARE REFUNDABLE.
Please note that we do not charge a reservation fee.

Please state all your special requests at the time of the booking. We will do our best to comply with them although no guarantee can be given.

Payment options

The last step of completing a reservation is choosing a way of payment. We offer the following options to make a payment:

o        Credit or Debit card payment (instant confirmation): After completing the instant confirmation reservation process you can pay immediately by credit/debit card via a secured virtual POS terminal (operated by Raiffeisenbank). By doing so you guarantee your reservation, the amount is refundable if in accordance with the respective hotel’s cancellation policies (indicated on the respective hotel page).

o        Pre-authorisation by a credit/debit card – we accept VISA, MasterCard and American Express. After completing the reservation process you will receive by e-mail a credit card form to fill in with your card details and send it by fax only to us /this is done for greater security/. We will withdraw the reservation amount on the date of the payment deadline, earlier communicated to you. Another option (not involving sending us your credit card data) is to send you by e-mail a link for credit/debit card payment again through the secured virtual POS terminal. In both cases the amount is refundable if in accordance with the respective hotel’s cancellation policies (indicated on the respective hotel page).

o        Bank transfer – After completing the reservation process you will receive by e-mail an invoice stating the amount due and our bank account details. Payment deadline is to be additionally communicated. The amount is refundable (minus bank transfer charges) if in accordance with the respective hotel’s cancellation policies (indicated on the respective hotel page).

Please note: Different payment conditions apply for reservations with an "Early booking discount" or for specific holidays (New Year, Christmas, Easter, May Holidays e.t.c.). Prepayment is required. We will notify you about the specific payment deadlines.

Privacy

In order to complete your reservation we will need some personal information from you – name and address; contact details such as a telephone number and e-mail. The personal information requested when making a reservation will only be used by “Goranov I&V” Ltd. and will not be disclosed to third parties.

How to amend or cancel a reservation

Cancellations and amendments are only accepted when presented to us in writing – by e-mail or fax.

If you would like to change the details of your reservation after we have already confirmed it we will do our best to help you but we do not guarantee it will always be possible to do as requested. We may also need to recalculate the price according to the new details. Amendment fees may apply if the changes are made close to the arrival date (when the cancellation deadline of the respective hotel has passed).

The cancellation policies of the respective hotel are indicated on the respective hotel page as well as in your confirmation e-mail. If you comply with these policies the cancellation is free of charge. However should you cancel later than requested or if you do not show up in the hotel you may have to pay late cancellation or no-show charges.

On very rare occasions we might need to make changes in the original booking if this is required by conditions beyond our control. In such cases you will be contacted as soon as possible and we will offer an alternative accommodation of the same or higher category. Should you choose to cancel, the full amount of the reservation cost will be refunded to you.

Insurance

Travel insurance is not included in the cost of your booking. We strongly recommend you arrange an insurance that will cover the medical costs of eventual illness or accidents during your stay.

Indemnity

By making a reservation you make a contract with us and accept the conditions stated in the reservation as well as the responsibility to comply with the rules of proper conduct during your stay. You will be liable for the cost of all damages caused to the hotel.

TERMENI SI CONDITII DE REZERVARE

"Goranov I & V" Ltd este operator de turism şi agent de turism in Bulgaria. Noi actionam ca un operator de turism de incoming pentru partenerii nostri din diferite ţări europene. De asemenea, oferim cazare la hotel şi alte servicii turistice, online prin intermediul site-ului nostru www.goranovonline.com. Cooperam pe termen lung cu mai mult de 500 de proprietati hoteliere din Bulgaria – hoteluri in statiunile de pe litoralul Marii Neagre, hoteluri in statiunile montane, hoteluri in orase, pensiuni etc. Disponibilităţile camerelor se bazează pe tariful de operator/contracte hoteluri, camere in garantie si toate reducerile posibile, cum ar fi:

* Reducere Early Booking (EBD) - cu cat platiti mai devreme cu atat mai mult beneficiati de reduceri care variaza de la 10% la 25%.
* Extras – de exemplu: te cazezi 4 nopti si platesti 3 nopti (4=3), te cazezi 7 nopti si platesti 5 nopti (7=5) etc.
Unele hoteluri care sunt favoritele noastre dispun de o combinaţie a acestor două reduceri (EBD şi Extras) şi ne permit sa oferim un discount de aproape 40% din preţul de bază pentru anumite perioade.
* Cele mai bune reduceri pentru copii si grupuri.  

Scopul nostru este de a vă oferi posibilitatea de a căuta şi a rezerva un hotel online cu confirmare pe loc cu preţuri foarte competitive şi termeni de plată foarte flexibili. În cazurile când o confirmare pe loc nu este disponibilă, ne puteti trimite o cerere de rezervare si departamentul nostru de rezervari va va raspunde cât mai curând posibil.

Servicii suplimentare, cum ar fi excursii, transferuri etc sunt de asemenea disponibile prin intermediul acestui site.
De asemenea, oferim servicii personalizate pentru proprietăţile imobiliare de vacanta pe litoralul bulgaresc, statiuni de munte si statiuni de schi. Directorul executiv al companiei, Veliko Goranov, este un evaluator autorizat de afaceri, cu o licenţă eliberată de către Agenţia de Stat pentru Privatizare din Bulgaria, pe baza unui Certificat de Succes de la Universitatea din Tampa, Florida Statele Unite ale Americii.

Echipa noastra se angajeaza sa ofere servicii eficiente si usor de utilizat.

Exista doua optiuni posibile pentru a rezerva un hotel:
 
1. În primul rând, pentru a rezerva online un hotel cu confirmare imediata. Pagina hotelului are casute active cu check-in şi check-out şi un buton pentru calcularea preţului. Vă rugăm introduceţi datele şi apăsaţi butonul "Afişează tarifele" pentru a vedea preţurile şi disponibilitatea. Următorul pas este să alegeţi numărul de camere şi sa apăsaţi butonul "Rezervare". În scopul de a finaliza procesul de rezervare, trebuie să completati toate cele şapte campuri (Prenume, Nume, E-mail, telefon de contact, tara, adresa, numele clienţilor/cameră) şi alegeţi o opţiune de plată, apoi apăsaţi butonul "Rezervare" din nou. Un e-mail de confirmare va fi trimis catre dumneavoastra cu un număr unic de rezervare şi descrierea serviciilor incluse în preţ. Acesta este contractul facut intre dumneavoastra si "Goranov I & V" Ltd în calitate de furnizor de servicii de cazare.
Rezervarea dvs. este acum ferm confirmată şi înregistrată în dosarele noastre. Pentru a finaliza procesul de rezervare va vom trimite voucherul nostru pentru hotel, de care veti avea nevoie pentru al prezenta la receptia hotelului pentru cazare, după ce primim plata în totalitate pentru rezervare. În cazul în care alegeţi să plătiţi prin intermediul terminalului nostru virtual POS, veţi primi voucherul pentru hotel imediat după finalizarea procesului de plată. Termenele de plată vor varia în funcţie de tipul de reducere aplicat si va vor fi comunicate intr-un e-mail separat. Vă rugăm să reţineţi că, în cazul în care o rezervare confirmată nu este plătita înainte de termenul de plată, aceasta va fi anulată de către noi.
Vă rugăm să verificaţi întotdeauna cu atenţie toate condiţiile de rezervare şi conditiile hotelului. Preţurile de pe acest site sunt pe cameră. În cazul în care aveţi nevoie pentru a rezerva un pat suplimentar în cameră sau în cazul în care călătoriţi cu copii va trebui sa ne contactati (sau specificaţi în casuta "Cerinţe suplimentare") pentru a calcula toate taxele suplimentare sau reducerile.

2. În al doilea rând, în cazurile când o confirmare imediata nu este disponibila, puteti trimite o cerere de rezervare catre noi si echipa noastra rezervare va raspunde cât mai curând posibil. Dacă faceti o rezervare in cele din urma, veţi primi o confirmare prin e-mail cu un număr unic de rezervare, o factură şi o descriere a serviciilor incluse în preţ. Acesta este contractul dintre dumneavoastra si "Goranov I & V" Ltd. în calitate de furnizor de servicii de cazare. Pentru a finaliza procesul de rezervare va vom trimite voucherul nostru pentru hotel, de care veti avea nevoie pentru al prezenta la receptia hotelului pentru cazare, după ce primim plata în totalitate pentru rezervare. Termenele de plată va varia în funcţie de tipul de reducere aplicat şi va vor fi comunicate intr-un e-mail separat. Vă rugăm să reţineţi că, în cazul în care o rezervare confirmată nu este plătita înainte de termenul de plată, aceasta va fi anulată de către noi.

Vă rugăm să reţineţi că, dacă rezervarea este anulată, în conformitate cu politicile de anulare ale hotelului (indicate pe pagina hotelului respectiv) toate rezervarile sunt rambursabile.
Vă rugăm să reţineţi că noi nu percepem o taxă de rezervare.

Vă rugăm să precizaţi toate cererile speciale în momentul rezervării. Vom face tot posibilul pentru a le rezolva, desi nu va putem acorda nici o garantie.

Optiuni de plata

Ultimul pas pentru a completa o rezervare este alegerea modului de plată. Noi oferim următoarele opţiuni pentru a face plata: 

• Plata cu card de debit/credit (confirmare durectă): După terminarea procesului de rezervare cu confirmare instant puteţi plăti imediat cu carte de credit / debit prin intermediul unui terminal POS virtual securizat (operat de Raiffeisenbank). Procedând astfel, veţi garanta rezervarea dvs., suma este rambursabilă în conformitate cu politicile de anulare ale hotelului respectiv (indicat pe pagina hotelului respectiv).
• Pre-autorizare printr-un card de credit / debit - vom accepta VISA, MasterCard şi American Express. După finalizarea procesului de rezervare, veţi primi prin e-mail un formular de card de credit pentru al completa cu detaliile cardului si pe care il puteti trimite prin fax la noi /se face acest lucru pentru o mai mare securitate /. Vom retrage suma aferenta rezervarii la termenul scadent al platii, pe care vi l-am comunicat mai devreme prin e-mail. O altă opţiune (care nu implică a ne trimite datele dvs. de card de credit) este de a vă trimite prin e-mail un link pentru cardul de credit/debit din nou prin terminalul POS virtual securizat. În ambele cazuri, suma este rambursabilă în conformitate cu politicile de anulare ale hotelului respectiv (indicat pe pagina hotelului respectiv).
• Transfer bancar - După finalizarea procesului de rezervare, veţi primi prin e-mail o factură care să ateste suma datorată şi detaliile noastre bancare. Termenul de plata va fi comunicat suplimentar. Suma este rambursabila (mai putin taxele de transfer bancar), în conformitate cu politicile de anulare ale hotelului respectiv (indicat pe pagina hotelului respectiv).         

Vă rugăm să reţineţi: Se aplica condiţii diferite de plată pentru rezervări cu reducere „Early booking discount" sau pentru sărbători specifice (Anul Nou, Craciun, Paste, Sarbatori, etc). Plată anticipată este necesară. Vă vom notifica despre termenele de plată specifice.

În scopul de a finaliza rezervarea dvs. vom avea nevoie de unele informaţii personale - numele şi adresa, datele de contact, număr de telefon şi e-mail. Informaţiile personale solicitate atunci când se face o rezervare vor fi folosite numai de către "Goranov I & V" Ltd. şi nu vor fi divulgate către terţe părţi.

Anulările şi modificările sunt acceptate doar atunci când se prezinta in scris: prin e-mail sau fax. Dacă doriţi să modificaţi detaliile rezervării dvs. după ce s-a confirmat deja, vom face tot posibilul pentru a vă ajuta, dar nu putem garanta că va fi întotdeauna posibil. De asemenea, se va recalcula pretul in conformitate cu noile detalii. Amendamentul taxe se pot aplica în cazul în care modificarile sunt efectuate aproape de data sosirii (atunci când termenul de anulare a hotelului respectiv a trecut). 

Politicile de anulare ale hotelului respectiv sunt indicate pe pagina hotelului, precum si in confirmarea de e-mail. Dacă respectaţi aceste politici anularea este gratuita. Cu toate acestea daca ar trebui să anulaţi mai târziu de data solicitata sau dacă nu se face cazarea la hotel va trebui să plătiti anulări târzii sau taxe de no-show. 

În cazuri foarte rare, se pot face modificari in rezervarea originala în cazul în care acest lucru este impus de condiţii dincolo de controlul nostru. În astfel de cazuri veti fi contactat cat mai curand posibil si va vom oferi o alternativa de cazare similara sau din categorie mai mare. Puteti alege să anulaţi, iar valoarea totală a costurilor de rezervare va fi rambursata catre dumneavoastra. 

Asigurarea de călătorie nu este inclusa în costul rezervării dumneavoastră. Noi va recomandam sa incheiati o asigurare care sa acopere cheltuielile medicale de boală sau de eventuale accidente în timpul sejurului dumneavoastră. 

Facand o rezervare implica incheierea unui contract cu noi şi acceptarea conditiilor prevăzute în rezervare, precum şi responsabilitatea de a respecta regulile de conduită corectă în timpul sejurului dumneavoastră. Veţi fi responsabil pentru costurile tuturor daunelor provocate la hotel.

Informaţiile de pe acest site se actualizeaza în mod regulat şi se bazează pe informaţiile oferite de hoteluri. Desi facem tot posibilul pentru a verifica toate detaliile, nu putem garanta că nu se pot strecura si erori. Ne rezervam dreptul de a schimba informaţiile publicate pe site-ul nostru în orice moment, fără notificare prealabilă.
